MAN SENTENCED TO FIVE YEARS IN STATE PRISON FOR BURGLARIES IN HUNTERDON AND SOMERSET COUNTIES

Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, announced the sentencing of Eric C.
Ferraris, age 35, of South Plainfield, NJ.
A Hunterdon County Grand Jury handed down a 51 count indictment on Mr. Ferraris on July 27,
2017. Mr. Ferraris was arrested after a joint investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s
Office, Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office, Readington Police Department, Raritan Township
Police Department, Clinton Township Police Department, Bridgewater Police Department,
Green Brook Police Department, Bernard’s Township Police Department, Middlesex Police
Department, Hillsborough Police Department, revealed Ferraris and DeFazio were responsible
for multiple burglaries in Hunterdon and Somerset Counties.
On December 15, 2017, Mr. Ferraris was sentenced by the Honorable Judge Angela F.
Borkowski, JSC, to five years in state prison.
