COUNT 2 UNSWORN FALSIFICATION 4TH DEGREE TO AUTHORITIES The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that Isidro Perez-Perez, on or about September 5, 2012, in the Township of Raritan, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, knowingly did make a written false statement which he did not believe to be true on or pursuant to a form bearing notice, authorized by law, to the effect that false statements made therein are punishable; that is, the said Isidro Perez-Perez, did make or submit or cause to be submitted false statements on a form application for a driver’s license, said form bearing notice, authorized by law, to the effect that false statements made therein are punishable, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:28-3a, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same
