NO SEATBELT = CRACK AND HEROIN

@ approximately 1:09 PM – Police arrested Carl W. Frankenfield, age 60 of Levittown, PA and charged him with narcotics offenses following a motor vehicle stop on Rt. 202/31. Frankenfield was initially stopped for failure to wear seatbelt and having a brake light out on the vehicle that he was driving. He was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (heroin and crack cocaine), possession of hypodermic syringes and possession of drug paraphernalia. Frankenfield was also issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to wear seatbelt and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. He was released from police headquarters after processing. Investigation and arrest by Sgt. Robert Landolina.
