WANT TO BE A STAR?

Come join the fun and compete with the Voorhees Stars Girls Softball program for summer and fall league games!

The Stars is Hunterdon County’s premier travel softball program based in Tewksbury since 1996, and rosters players from Hunterdon and Warren Counties. Summer games are played in the Mid-States Girls Softball League from early June to late July on weekdays only. Home games are played at Tewksbury’s Old Turnpike School and Voorhees High School.  Optional tournaments are played on weekends. Fall games are played at Readington’s Hillcrest and Summer Road softball facilities from early September through the end of October. Winter work-outs and off-season instructional clinics will take place Sundays from 12:00-2:00 p.m. at Lebanon Township’s Woodglen School, 70 Bunnvale Road, on February 5, 12, 26, March 5, 12, and 19. Cost is $100 per player for all 6 sessions. Registration is quick and easy at www.taa-sports.org. We also offer a Stars Summer Softball Skills Camp on June 23-25, 2017 at the Crossroads Retreat, 250 mountaintop acres in nearby Port Murray, where the girls sharpen their softball skills while enjoying the lake, pool, hiking, rock wall climbing, bonfires, develop leadership skills, and other fun outdoor activities.
