On Thursday, May 12, at approximately 11:00 pm, an officer was in the area of Center Street and Route 31 when a passerby reported a possible intoxicated driver in the area. The officer located the 1989 Chevrolet sedan pulling out of the parking lot of a nearby restaurant. Upon stopping the vehicle, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage on the breath of driver Joshua Trejo, age 30, of Kerrville, TX. The officer also observed several opened beer cans inside of the vehicle and also soon discovered a bag of cocaine and a pipe with residue inside of the vehicle.
