OXY AND HANDCUFFS MAYBE IT WAS GOING TO BE KINKY

On Thursday, March 17, at approximately 11:40 am, an officer stopped a 2001 Ford Taurus operated by Miguel Villanueva, age 54, of Philadelphia, PA on Route 31 South near Center Street for failing to yield. During the stop, the officer determined that Mr. Villanueva did not have a driver’s license and also determined that passenger Alice Mills-Becica, age 50, of Philadelphia, had been entered into the NCIC system as wanted out of Sussex County for failing to appear for a collections hearing. In addition, the officer discovered that a second passenger, John Leszczynski, age 59, of Philadelphia, had three (3) motor vehicle warrants totaling approximately $700 for his arrest. Page 2 of 2 A search of the vehicle produced oxycodone pills and a pair of handcuffs. As a result, Ms. Mills-Becica, Mr. Leszczynski, and Mr. Villanueva were all charged with Possession of Oxycodone. Ms. Mills-Becica was turned over directly to Sussex County authorities and Mr. Leszczynski was released ROR. Mr. Villanueva was additionally charged with Possession of Handcuffs, Driving While Unlicensed, Failure to Yield, and Failure to Produce Documents. He was released ROR.
