Those who burglarize cars like them unlocked. Unlocked cars make for an easy, quiet entry. Unlocked cars allow burglars to rummage through your car, stealing loose change and anything of value that you may have inadvertently left inside, with little inconvenience. And although at the end of the day, it’s the suspects who are solely to blame, we urge you all to lock your doors so you don’t make it easy for them.
