RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY READINGTON

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths present that Chancellor Christopher, on or about January 21, 2015, in the Township of Readington, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, knowingly did transport or possess property known of which a reasonable person would believe to be derived from criminal activity, specifically by possessing $17,510.00 in U.S. Currency on a motor vehicle stop that was admittedly obtained through illegal activity, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:21-25a, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that Christopher Chancellor, on or about January 21, 2015, in the Township of Readington, in the county aforesaid and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did, knowingly receive property of another, namely, $17,510.00 in U.S. Currency, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A 2C:20-7 and 2C:20-2b(2), and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.
