Red Mill Museum Village Clinton to Host Field Day

the Red Mill Museum Village will be hosting its first annual Field Day Open House on Sunday, May 15 from noon to 4 p.m. The field day is a pay as you want admissions day and is the kick off to a series of fun summer Sundays the museum will be hosting called Sunday Fundays.

Field Day will give visitors a chance to make the grounds of the Red Mill Museum Village their personal back yard. In addition to tours and blacksmithing demonstrations, visitors will be given the chance to make candles, learn weaving techniques, and get a guided tour of the Red Mill’s temporary breakfast exhibit, Sunny Side Up. It’s a great day to see all the museum has to offer!

The Red Mill’s Field Day is the kick off to a summer of fun activities that will be held on Sundays throughout the summer called Sunday Fundays. With Sunday Fundays, there will always be something happening at the Red Mill on a Sunday—from special tours, to crafts and activities.
