Roselle Savings Bank Donates Toys for Needy Kids

As part of an annual tradition, Roselle Savings
Bank participated in United Way of Union County’s 2016
Season of Caring
Program
again this holiday season by collecting toys for needy children across Greater Union
County. For many children, the donated gifts are the only ones they will receive this
year. All of the gifts were purchased, wrapped and donated by generous Roselle
Savings Bank employees.
Janice Ritz, Roselle Savings Bank Senior Vice President / Human Resources Director,
commented, “Every year during the United Way’s
Season of Caring
event I am
overjoyed by the outpouring of support shown by our staff members here at the Bank. A
compassion for those who are less fortunate in the communities we serve is something
that we strive to demonstrate all year long. However, during the holidays, many of the
needs become more apparent, so we’re always eager to step up and do our part to
make the annual toy drive a success.”
Roselle Savings Bank originally opened its doors in May of 1889 as the Roselle Building
and Loan Association, serving what is now the Borough of Roselle and the surrounding
communities. The bank specializes in banking products and services for individuals and
families.
Through the years, Roselle Savings Bank has grown to serve residents not only in
Union County, but also in Hunterdon, Somerset, Essex, Middlesex, Morris and Warren
counties. Branches are located in Roselle, Bernardsville, High Bridge and Cranford.
