SEASONAL EMPLOYMENT

DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS

The Town of Clinton is accepting applications for seasonal workers within the Department of Public Works.  Under supervision, the successful applicant will assist with leaf/brush collection, mowing of lawns and landscaping, facility maintenance, special event preparation and any other duties as assigned.  Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history, and have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform duties of this position is required.  Knowledge and experience with the varieties types of tools needed for the above work preferred, but not required.  Interested applicants should submit a completed employment application to Richard Phelan, Public Works/Business Administrator at 43 Leigh Street, Clinton, NJ 08809.  Applications are available on the Town’s website (www.clintonnj.gov), or in-person at the address above.
