The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths present that Jacob E. Ollerenshaw, on or about June 25, 2015, in the Borough of High Bridge, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, knowingly did commit an act of sexual penetration with J. Doe, when J. Doe was at least 13 years of age but less than 16 years of age, and the actor is at least 4 years older than J. Doe, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:14-2c(4), and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that Jacob E. Ollerenshaw, on or about June 25, 2015, in the Borough of High Bridge, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did with a child less than 18 years of age, engage in sexual conduct with J. Doe, which would impair or debauch the morals of J. Doe, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4a, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.
