SHOPLIFTING at Marshalls Raritan

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths present that Donald Witherspoon, on or about March 23, 2015, in the Township of Raritan, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did purposely take possession of, carry away, transfer or cause to be carried away or transferred, merchandise displayed, held, stored or offered for sale by Marshalls, that is several items of clothing, together valued at more than $500.00, with the intention of depriving MArshalls of the possession, use or benefit of said merchandise or converting the same to the use of another without paying Marshalls the full retail value thereof and other items, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:20-11b(1), and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.
