Flemington, NJ (January 12, 2018) – Sphericality, a boutique fitness studio in downtown Flemington, invites women in the community to celebrate the new year with a day of free classes and prizes on Sat., Jan. 20 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Sphericality will also be raising money for NAMI Hunterdon (National Alliance of Mental Illness) by donating $1 for each non-member who takes a class during the open house. Sphericality aims to raise awareness about the devastating effects of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and other mental illnesses.
Those who attend the open house can choose from a variety of free classes, including SphereBARRE, pilates, yogalates, and bootcamp. Registration is requested, as class sizes are limited. Visit Sphericality to sign up.
Sphericality’s all-female staff works to help women of all ages meet their fitness and nutrition goals. They specialize in programs for women over 40 and the active adult over 55.
