Make Reservations Now for the Annual “Carpe Diem” Dinner! 
Matt'sEnjoy a terrific meal supporting a worthy cause at Matt’s Red Rooster!  Just a sample of the courses from previous dinners include Lobster Risotto, Pulled Pork Passed Appetizers, 14 oz. Ribeye and Matt’s famous Grilled Romaine salad.

The annual Paul R. Nardoni Foundation “Carpe Diem” Dinner will be held on September 18, 2017 and Matt has designed another great menu. Dinner includes cocktails and wine with dinner for only $125 which includes all gratuities.   If your company offers matching funds, please apply at your organization and double your contribution!

Reservations can be made just like any restaurant with seating beginning at 5:30.  You may e-mail us at prnfoundation@gmail.com and indicate the time desired and the number in your party.  You may also call us at (908) 295-5855 (please do not call Matt’s). Payment can be made using check, American Express or Master Card/Visa.   People are starting to book every day now so be sure to make your reservation right away.  See you all at the dinner!

 

Wine Pull!
Due to the overwhelming popularity of last year’s wine pull, we are planning to do it again this year.  We will appreciate any donations of wine to be used for the pull (attendees pull a cork from the bag and, if numbered, receives that wine).  Wines should have a minimum retail value of $20.  If you are in the New Jersey area and would like to donate wines for the wine pull, please contact Ellen Nardoni at  enardoni@flemington.com or Frank Sztuk at f386@live.com.  If you are in Florida, please contact Roseann Nardoni at roseannnardoni@gmail.com.
