FRENCHTOWN, NJ – Stephen Edward “Henry” Scully, 14, of Frenchtown, NJ, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at his home.Born January 3, 2002 in Lawrenceville, GA, Stephen lived most of his life in Frenchtown, NJ. Stephen interests included making up stories, airplanes, Pearl Harbor, World War II, and the military. He was amazed how they could sacrifice their lives for our country. Stephen was an honorary Marine, Police Officer, and Firefighter in Frenchtown. He traveled to Pearl Harbor in 2012 through the Make A Wish Foundation.
Stephen is survived by his mother Marcy M. Scully and her fiancé Ed Mutz of Frenchtown, NJ, his brother Kent Ridge and his fiancé Jaime of Frenchtown, NJ, his two grandfathers, three aunts and an uncle. He was predeceased by his father Stephen Scully and his grandmother Deborah Manning.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 12 PM at the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Holland Township, NJ with Pastor Janice Newhard officiating. Interment will follow at the Frenchtown Cemetery in Frenchtown, NJ. Visitation will also be held on Thursday from 10 AM – 12 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
