SUSPENDED DRIVER WITH CRACK AND LSD

@ approximately 12:35 AM – Police arrested Darrin M. Hess, Jr., age 25 of Philadelphia, PA and charged him with narcotics offenses following a motor vehicle stop on Rt. 202/31. Hess was initially stopped after the vehicle he was driving was observed with no front license plate displayed and a random license plate inquiry on the rear license plate revealed the registration was expired.
Hess was ultimately charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (crack cocaine, crystal methamphetamine and Lysergic acid diethylamide – LSD), possession of hashish oil and marijuana seeds and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hess was also issued motor vehicle summonses for unregistered vehicle, driving with a suspended driver’s license and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. The vehicle was towed and Hess was released after processing at police headquarters. Investigation and arrest by P.O. Adam Swiatek.
