TERRORISTIC THREAT AGAINST READINGTON JUDGE AND OTHERS

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths present that Anthony M. Hixson, on or about November 21, 2015, in the Township of Readington, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, with the purpose to terrorize Gerard Shamey, or in reckless disregard of the risk of causing such terror, did threaten to commit any crime of violence, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-3a, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that Anthony M. Hixson, on or about November 21, 2015, in the Township of Readington, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, with the purpose to terrorize Kim Marino, or in reckless disregard of the risk of causing such terror, did threaten to commit any crime of violence, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-3a, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that Anthony M. Hixson, on or about November 21, 2015, in the Township of Readington, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, with the purpose to terrorize Surip Patel, or in reckless disregard of the risk of causing such terror, did threaten to commit any crime of violence, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-3a, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that Anthony M. Hixson, on or about November 21, 2015, in the Township of Readington, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did take or obtain two TD Bank Visa cards issued to cardholder Sheryl Patris, from the person, possession, custody or control of Sheryl Patris, without the cardholder’s consent, or with knowledge that said credit card has been so taken, did receive said credit cards, with the intent to use it or to sell it, or to transfer it to a person other than the issuer or the cardholder, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:21-6c(1), and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same
