The Tewksbury Historical Society will hold its 21st Tewksbury Garden Tour on Saturday June 13, 2015 from 12 to 4 p.m., rain or shine.  There are four gardens on the tour plus a fifth location hosting refreshments.  The cost per person is $ 25.

The tour attracts people from Somerset, Hunterdon and Morris counties.  “This year’s gardens are a mix of flower gardens, including multi colored roses, perennials, annuals and so much more, said Society President Shaun Van Doren.  We want to thank those that have opened their property for our viewing pleasure.”   There is a limit of 200 tickets to be sold.  Tickets include a map showing garden locations.  A “Critters and Containers” Sale will be held at one of the gardens with all proceeds benefitting the Society.

Advanced tickets can be reserved by making a check payable to the Tewksbury Historical Society and mailing to THS Garden Tour PO Box 457 Oldwick, NJ 08858 no later than June 10th.    All tickets will be held for pickup on the day of the tour – June 13th – from 10 am to 1 pm at Society Headquarters, 60 Water Street, Mountainville, NJ.  No tickets will be mailed.  Tickets can also be purchased on the day of the tour from 10 am to 1 pm at Society Headquarters, while they last.  For more information call (908) 832-6734 or visit www.tewksburyhistory.net.

The Tewksbury Historical Society is a NJ not-for-profit corporation and was organized for the purpose of furthering research into and the preservation and dissemination of the history of the Township of Tewksbury.  Proceeds from the Garden Tour will help support the Society’s Headquarters Building Fund.
