This hands-on winemaking experience is for the wine enthusiast! Delight in the experience of hand crafting your very own red wine using premium wine grapes from Chile. Use professional winery equipment to crush and press your grapes. Learn how to rack and
remove lees (sediment) from a barrel of wine. Bottle and label your wine with your personalized labels. Each participant takes home 1 case of their own private labeled wine.
The wine varietal to be made is dependent on timing of grape harvest; options include Malbec, Carménère or Cabernet Sauvignon. Participants should wear dark clothes and non-slip shoes that they don’t mind getting dirty to their sessions.
Must be 21 years of age or older to register for this course. Class size limited to 20 students.

Press Session: Monday, May 22, 2017 from 6 – 7 pm
Racking Event: Saturday, August 12, 2017 from 1 – 3 pm
