1996 & 2000 Olympian.

I have worked with and owned horses since I was a young girl.  I trained as a racing kayaker from 1992-2004 & competed in two Summer Olympic Games & one Pan American Games (2003), before working for 9 years at an Adaptive Riding & Equine Assisted Therapy Program where I started developing a veterans program in 2015.

What the veteran team and I learnt from that experience, was that meeting the very specific & unique needs of the population we desire to serve would be best achieved at a dedicated facility to allow the program to fully focus on veteran-specific needs. Project Horses for Forces Inc. is the result.
