THREE COUNTS OF ISSUING OR PASSING BAD CHECK

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths present that William Mitchell aka William Mitery, on or about September 18, 2014, in the Township of Raritan, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did issue or pass to Raritan Trade Center, a certain check number 1091, dated September 18, 2014, in the sum of $3,600.00 drawn upon the account of OCM Construction, LLC, knowing that said check would not be honored by the drawee and the drawee did not have sufficient funds in the account, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:21-5c(2), and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.
