THREE TRY TO RIP OFF BOTH WALMART’S IN HUNTERDON

Sunday, July 12, 2015 @ approximately 9:36 PM – Police arrested Danny Linton, age 45 of Philadelphia, PA, Abigail Saurez, age 45 of Whitehall, PA and Dwane Lamont, age 42 of Reading, PA and charged each with receiving stolen property after contact with them at Walmart on Rt. 31. Police were initially called to the Walmart parking lot for a report of suspicious / drug activity. Upon arrival, police located the three subjects who had arrived in two separate vehicles. Further investigation located a desktop computer and smartphone that were confirmed to have been taken from the inventory of the Walmart in Franklin Township (Hunterdon) without being paid for. The retail value of the two items was $1,249.00. Linton was found to have an active NCIC warrant for his arrest issued out of Philadelphia, PA. He was lodged in the Hunterdon County Jail on the Raritan Township charge after processing ($5,000.00 bail). Suarez and Lamont were released on their own recognizance after processing.
