TINTED WINDOWS LEAD TO POT AND OTHER ISSUES

@ approximately 2:06 AM – Police arrested Marvin Fanfan, age 26 of Maplewood, NJ and charged him with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Rt. 202. Fanfan was initially stopped for tinted windows, failure to keep right and failure to maintain lane control. He was issued motor vehicle summonses for tinted windows, failure to keep right, failure to maintain lane control, unclear plates, maintenance of lamps, failure to make repairs and re-inspect and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
