Investigation at the scene revealed the following: Jordan Mann, age 24 of Riegelsville, PA was driving south on Klinesville Road in a 2012 International tow truck. The tow truck was transporting a 2005 Honda CR-V on the flat-bed. As Mann was driving south, the passenger side tires of the tow truck went off of the side of the road to the right. While Mann was attempting to pull the vehicle back onto the travel portion of the roadway, the tow truck crossed the double yellow center line. When the tow truck crossed the double yellow line it struck Bianchino’s vehicle on the front left side. The vehicle in tow flew off of the tow truck and landed in a field along the roadway. Mann reported no injuries, but advised that he had been having problems with the truck’s steering prior to the crash.
