NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent for the Town of Clinton, County of Hunterdon, State of New Jersey on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 10AM local prevailing time at the Municipal Building, 43 Leigh Street, Clinton, New Jersey at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for the following bid:

PURCHASE OF ONE (1) MODEL YEAR 2016 TYPE III AMBULANCE

Specifications and other bid information may be obtained at the office of the Purchasing Agent, 43 Leigh Street, Clinton, NJ, during regular business hours 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. for a non-refundable fee of $10.00

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L.1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31; N.J.S.A. 19:44-20.5 et seq.
