NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Clinton Purchasing Agent for the Town of Clinton, Hunterdon County, State of New Jersey on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 10:00 AM local prevailing time at the Municipal Building, 43 Leigh Street, Clinton, NJ, 08809, at which time and place proposals will be opened and read in public for the following bid:
SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING COLLECTION & DISPOSAL SERVICE
Specifications and other proposal information may be obtained at the office of the Municipal Clerk, Municipal Building, 43 Leigh Street, Clinton, NJ, 08809, during regular business hours 8:30am – 4:30pm, for a non-refundable fee of $15.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L.1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31; N.J.S.A. 19:44-20.5 et seq.
