TWO ARRESTED IN JOINT NARCOTICS INVESTIGATION

Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, Chief of Detectives John J. Kuczynski, Flemington Police Chief George Becker, and Raritan Township Police Chief Glenn Tabasko announced that a joint investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office Gangs, Guns, & Narcotics Task Force, the Flemington Police Department, and the Raritan Township Police Department led to the arrest of two individuals for narcotics offenses. According to Prosecutor Kearns, “The joint investigation resulted in the arrest of Brandon Hahn, age 22, of Raritan Township. The defendant was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS, Possession of CDS, specifically over one pound of marijuana, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Xanax without a prescription, and Possession of hypodermic syringes. The Honorable Joseph Novack, J.M.C. set bail on Hahn at $20,000 and he was turned over to the Hunterdon County Division of Corrections. Hahn was arrested on November 4, 2015.” Prosecutor Kearns added, “Also arrested as a result of this investigation was Anne Guadagnino, age 21, of Raritan Township. She was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS, specifically over one pound of marijuana. Judge Novack set bail of the defendant at $15,000 and she was turned over to the Hunterdon County Division of Corrections. Guadagnino was also charged with Burglary and Theft in an unrelated case. She was arrested on November 5, 2015.” This investigation is ongoing.
