WOMAN BLOWS STOP SIGN AT 2 a.m. with Heroin

On Sunday, March 6, at approximately 2:20 am, an officer stopped a 2014 Volkswagon Jetta operated by Maria Paglieri, age 23, of Clinton, on Route 513 near Grayrock Road for failing to stop at a stop sign. During the stop, a backup officer observed hypodermic syringes, empty heroin bags, and spoons inside of the vehicle in plain view. Ms. Paglieri was arrested and charged with Possession of Hypodermic Syringes, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign. She was released ROR.
